Enter VideoHQ. We created authentic case study videos featuring happy clients sharing their success stories. The result? More business, awesome marketing content and a real sense of pride in their work.

We caught up with Lee Quoroll, Director at Logic Resourcing, to hear about his experience working with us. You can also watch his video testimonial – we filmed it, of course!

What we did for Logic: case study video production

VideoHQ worked closely with Logic to create videos featuring happy clients.

Here’s how we did it:

  • Interviews and filming
  • Produced long and short videos for their website, social media and YouTube.

The process was really simple but thorough. You made it a point to understand our business. You were able to guide us, which really showed your expertise. We had nothing to worry about.

Keeping it simple and stress-free

Hannah, VideoHQ’s creative director, spent six years as a BBC journalist, so she knows how to put people at ease and bring out their best on camera.

Making clients feel comfortable on camera

Logic worried about asking clients to go on camera – would they feel awkward? Would it take too up much of their time? Turns out, their clients loved the experience.

They were incredibly impressed with the quality of the case study.

Afterwards, they were on the phone, excited to see the final video. It actually helped strengthen our relationships with them.

Marketing content for every platform

With video, Logic always has marketing content, with multiple versions of each case study for their website and socials.

We received a full-length video and different clips we can use on social media. The full-length video has been fantastic for different sections of our website. When customers visit, they also see firsthand what our clients think of our service.

The shorter videos have been great for strategic parts of the website and various social media platforms.

Building trust through video

Anyone can say they’re great. But when happy clients say it for you? That’s when people take notice.

A lot of recruiters say they’re the best, and that message can sometimes get lost. It’s so much more sincere when a client is the one talking about your service and how you delivered for them.

Bringing in new business – fast!

Video case studies are a powerful way to convert browsers into paying customers.

Nothing builds trust like specific and relatable case studies from people in the same industry. When potential clients see themselves in those stories, it convinces them you can achieve the same great results for them, too.

What’s really exciting is that we’ve received inbound inquiries from people who took the time to watch the video. After seeing the content, they reached out to enquire.

One of our biggest clients is UK Flooring Direct. The HR director at the time was one of the people who provided us with a video testimonial. Only three months after we added the testimonial to our website and YouTube, we received a call from another large flooring retailer.

They had watched the video, were impressed and decided to reach out. As a result, we secured work from them. Without that video, we would have never received that phone call.

These videos have really helped outline who we are as a business and how we’ve supported our clients. The fact I could trust Hannah to go in front of some really senior clients and receive such positive feedback was a huge factor for us.
