Powerfully promote your business by spotlighting your happiest clients
Like a supercharged 5-star Google review, a video testimonial is an engaging, authentic way of convincing new clients that you’re well worth their time.
While a written testimonial is useful, a professionally produced and edited video testimonial or case study is an incredible convincing piece of content for your business.
Build trust in your audience, shout about your services in an authentic way, and encourage potential clients to imagine how you might help them. Create relatable content that centres the client’s experience and satisfaction.
Case study videos to promote your business
Testimonial and case study videos are essentially interviews with your star clients. My background as a BBC journalist means I’m experienced and sensitive to the needs of the contributors – especially if they’re not comfortable in front of a camera.
Using your brief as a guiding light, I shoot testimonial videos where your satisfied client is able to share their authentic experience and nail your key messaging. Need them to emphasise a particular part of your service? I work with your client to ensure we’re capturing the right sentiment but in their own words.

What my clients have said….
Lee Quoroll from Logic Resourcing shares his experience of working with me to produce three case study videos with current clients – and the impact those videos have had.
Hannah quickly understood both our brief and the messaging we wanted to communicate through our client case study video.
The filming day ran smoothly and professionally, and the final edit required only one minor change before being approved by both ourselves and our client without any further revisions.
The finished videos are polished, engaging and tell the project story clearly and effectively.
Clare Whitehurst, Klick Technology
A lot of people don’t like being interviewed or looking at a camera. But Hannah can really tease the information out of our students about their personal life and study decisions.
We don’t even really call it an interview, it’s more of a chat.

Frequently Asked Questions…
Absolutely! Many of the videos we produce are to be played to a crowd of people – whether that be at a conference, or a large charity fundraising event.
When we know this is the intended use, we create a version of the final video which has subtitles burned in (in your brand colours and font, of course).
This ensures that no matter what the speaker quality is like on the day, your message still comes across clearly.
Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project, and we’ll always do our best to work around your deadlines.
In the past, we’ve booked filming with as little as a week’s notice – right through to nearly a year in advance!
While we do prefer a bit of warning where possible, feel free to get in touch even if you’re on a tight schedule.
From there, we’ll edit a first draft of the video(s) for you to review, and there’s a round of revisions included.
The editing and revisions process tends to take 2-6 weeks, depending on how quickly you can get your feedback across to us.
Absolutely! We tailor your video content to suit the platforms where your audience is most active.
For example, a full-length case study video might sit on a dedicated page of your website, providing in-depth insight.
From that, we can also create shorter clips – ideal for social media, blog posts, or e-newsletter inserts.
It’s not just about reposting the same video everywhere – it’s about creating content that’s purpose-built for each platform.
Yes! You can get absolutely loads of content from one filming day, and we often securely store the raw footage for our clients so it can be re-versioned at a later date.
We want you to get the most out of your investment and time spent preparing the filming session, and this is a great way of doing that.
